Want to Merchant at the festival?
Merchants must be paying attendees.

*We will only be accepting 8 vending spots. They are first come first serve. This page will be marked full once payment is received from 8 merchants. There are 2 sizes of merchanting spaces available, 10'x10' and 20'x10'
Gates open at noon Thursday September 23rd for attendees.
* In an effort to assist Merchants: gates open for merchants at 10:30am on Thursday September 23rd.

**Merchants are liable for their own insurance. Merchandise, etc is not covered under the festival insurance.

• Vending will take place in the field across from the main Pavillion so hauling vend tents is needed.  
• The Merchant coordinator will make every effort to NOT put venders selling similar items next to each other. *
• The Merchant Coordinator will assign each merchant their spot upon arrival and check-in.
• We ask that each merchant donate an item unique to their booth for an auction to be held saturday night. 

*Body Artist Booths may be placed near each other
